I believe that seeking therapy is a sign of courage and strength. By attending therapy you may obtain objective feedback, gain clarity on difficult issues, and develop individualized solutions that work for your particular situation. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I aim to offer a safe, supportive environment to work collaboratively with you and your family to meet your goals.
I have a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have trained in several different settings including hospitals, schools, and private practice. I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults, but I do see clients through the lifespan.
The concerns I specialize in are anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, transition issues, grief, relationship issues, stress and anger management, school-related issues, and self-esteem enhancement.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, running, playing pickleball, and enjoying a good book.
